Sweet Potato Cake recipe

3 large sized eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
1 18.25 package of butter pecan cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 cup of chopped pecans
2Tbsp of powdered sugar

Directions:

You will want to begin by greasing and flouring a 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Then you are going to heat your oven to 325 degrees. Take out a large mixing bowl with electric mixer and beat together the sweet potatoes, milk, oil, eggs, and spices until they are mixed together well. Now you are going to slowly beat in the cake mix. You are going to beat the mixture on high for about 2 minutes. Take your nuts and beat them in as well. Take the batter and spoon it into the prepared cake pan. Bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the cake springs back when it is lightly touched with one of your fingers. Once it is done you will want to take it out of the oven and let it cool for about ten minutes. Then you will invert it onto a cake plate to cool completely. Dust it with powdered sugar and cut it up into slices.
